The economic partnership between Education First Foundation and

Transmar Maritime Transport and Navigation represents one of the

most significant milestones in the Foundation’s history.

Transmar became the Foundation’s main and strategic partner,

reflecting a strong alignment in vision and objectives.

IACC Holdings is an Egyptian investment group operating in shipping

and integrated logistics services. IACC Holdings was launched in 2016,

marking the third and final phase of institutional development of

the former International Combined Transport Company.

The International Combined Transport Company was established in 1979,

serving as the foundation for expansion into container shipping,

vessel management, port loading and unloading, shipping agencies,

logistics services, and air freight.

Today, IACC Holdings includes four subsidiaries:

Transmar Container Lines,

TCI for Stevedoring Services,

Safina Shipping Agency,

and Transland International.
