Effective Leader Competition

Education First organized the "Effective Leader" competition for the first time in 2022.

It is a nationwide competition for directors of public and distinguished schools to select the best director (Effective Leader) in each governorate.

The evaluation is conducted according to a pre-defined assessment form.

Winning school directors are honored at an annual ceremony alongside the Teacher of Egypt and Schools of Egypt competitions.
