Ebhar Misr 2026

About the competition

Ebhar Misr looks for students with a talent, a project or an idea in one of four fields, and gives them a stage to present it.

Every application is reviewed by the competition team. Approved students submit a video that is assessed by specialists in their field, and the strongest applicants are invited to the finals.

How it works

1. RegisterFill in the registration form below. You receive an email with your application reference number.
2. Eligibility reviewThe competition team checks your details and eligibility, and emails you the result.
3. Access to the portalOnce approved, you receive your sign-in details for the student portal by email.
4. Submit your videoSign in, review your profile, and paste the link to your video. We email you a confirmation.
5. AssessmentSpecialists in your category assess your video. If something needs fixing, we email you what to change.
6. FinalsFinalists are notified by email with the date and place of the finals.

Your video

• Introduce yourself: your name, governorate and school grade.
• Name your specialization and, where it applies, the name of your project.
• Make sure the picture and sound are clear and that you can be seen.
• Keep it to 3 minutes at most.
• Upload it to YouTube, copy its share link, and paste the link in the student portal.

Before you start

• Your 14-digit national ID number and date of birth
• Your school and its educational administration
• Mobile and landline numbers, and your parents’ phone numbers and emails
• A copy of your identity document to attach to the form
